4 lbs raspberries
2 c BBF Agave
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tsp lemon zest
1. Put all ingredients directly into the pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
2. Let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour mixture into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
3. Jam will store for several months in the refrigerator or follow standard canning or freezer jam procedures.
