Arils from 1 pomegranate
1 lemon, juiced
2 cups pomegranate juice
12 fresh rosemary sprigs

4 cups sparkling water/club soda
1 1/2 cup orange juice
2 dashes orange bitters
Combine pomegranate juice, lemon juice, monk fruit blend, apple cider, and orange juice. Stir to combine. Slowly pour in sparkling water and add a dash or two of the bitters. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and pomegranate arils.
