4 lbs strawberries
3 c BBF Agave
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tsp lemon zest
1. Clean strawberries and remove the stems. Lightly blend strawberries, agave, lemon juice and zest in a blender (you want to keep it chunky).
2. Pour mixture into a pot, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer, Let simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Pour jam into an airtight container. Jam will store in your refrigerator for several months or follow standard canning or freezer jam procedures.
Makes approximately 2 quarts
