4–6 Tbsp honey

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Pinch salt

10 Cup cubed gluten-free white bread, lightly packed

1 Cup strawberries, slice

1/2 Cup rhubarb, sliced

For the Crumble -

1/2 Cup almond flour

1/2 Cup gluten-free rolled, old fashioned oats

1/4 Cup BBF organic coconut sugar

2 Tbsp + 2 tsp BBF organic virgin coconut oil

For the Sauce -

2 Cup strawberries, roughly chopped

1 Cup rhubarb, sliced

2 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp water
