Ingredients

Truffles :

1 3/4 cups white chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup heavy cream

3 Tbsp freeze dried strawberry powder

1 Tbsp BetterBody Foods Naturally Refined Organic Coconut Oil

Coating :

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tsp BetterBody Foods Naturally Refined Organic Coconut Oil

1 Tbsp freeze dried strawberry powder

Directions

1. Place the freeze-dried strawberries in a small food processor and blend until you get a fine
powder. Sift through a thin mesh sieve to remove any seeds or lumps. Skip this step if using
freeze-dried strawberry powder.
2. Place the cream in a small saucepan and heat on low until it simmers, then turn off the heat or
steam on the espresso machine until hot and bubbly.
