Sugar-Free Brazilian Lemonade

2 cups water

1/2 cup Organic Monk Fruit Blend

2 whole limes, washed

1/2 cup coconut milk or milk of choice


1. Wash limes thoroughly with soap, cut the ends off, and cut each limes into eighths.
2. Mix water, monk fruit, and limes in a blender and pulse 4-5 times each for a couple of seconds. (do not turn the blender on high, or the peels will blend too much and be bitter)
3. Pour the mixture from the blender through a mesh strainer into a pitcher and strain out the solids. Stir in coconut milk. Chill until ready to drink. Pour into 2 cups over lots of ice, and garnish with fresh lime, if desired.
