1/4 c BBF Coconut Flour
1/2 c sunflower seed butter
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp cacao nibs
1 Tbsp almond milk
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Tbsp chocolate chips
1 tsp BBF Virgin Coconut Oil
(optional) freeze-dried strawberries (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in one bowl, and roll into small bites.
2. Freeze truffles for about 5-10 minutes before dipping into melted chocolate.
3. For chocolate, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil and melt in the microwave.
4. Dust with freeze-dried strawberries, if you like. Enjoy!
