1/2 cup oat flour blend
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup Organic Super Seeds
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 stick butter or vegan butter
1/2 cup Sunflower butter (substitute peanut butter or almond butter)
1/2 cup agave syrup or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray an 8x8-inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the oat flour blend, oats, super seeds, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
In another medium bowl, cream together butter, sunflower butter, agave syrup, and vanilla until well creamed. Add dry ingredients and mix well; fold in chocolate chips and cranberries.
Scrape batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake in the center of the oven for 22 to 26 minutes, or until golden brown and center is set. Let cool before cutting vegan super seed bars into squares.
