15 medjool dates

4 Tbsp peanut butter

2 Tbsp Organic Super Seed Blend

Optional toppings

melted dairy-free dark chocolate

salt flakes


1. Using a sharp paring knife, make an incision along the length of each date, but try not to cut the date in half. Remove the pits from the dates.
2. In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter and super seed blend and blend until smooth.
3. Dollop the peanut butter mixture into the dates.
4. If desired, drizzle the filled dates with melted chocolate and salt.
