1 cup sugar
1 cup whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
3 Tbsp superfoods blend
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ cup blueberry jam
In a bowl, whisk together the milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Then stir in the superfood blend.
Stir in heavy cream and vanilla, and whisk to combine well.
Turn on the ice cream machine and pour the milk/cream mixture in. Follow directions on your ice cream maker for churning; generally about 25-30 minutes.
Once ice cream is ready gently swirl in blueberry jam and then pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2-4 hours till firm.
