1 lb sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
1 Cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1/4 Cup tahini (sesame paste)
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp BBF Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp BBF Organic Agave
1 Tbsp chopped sage
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Dash salt and pepper
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.
2. Blend until there are no chunks and serve with pita, crackers, or veggies.
