1 Cup steel cut oats
4 Cups water
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
2 Tbsp BBF Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
4 Tbsp BBF Organic Agave
1 Cup chopped pineapple
1/2 Cup shredded coconut, toasted
1/2-1 Cup light coconut milk
1. Put first 5 ingredients into a pot. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
2. Top with pineapple and coconut. Add coconut milk to taste.
