Two Bite Avocado Brownies

Ingredients

1 avocado

1/4 c manuka honey

1/2 c unsweetened apple sauce

2/3 c BBF organic coconut flour

1/4 c BBF Organic Cacao

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350
2. Mash the avocado (you don’t want any chunks) & mix it well with the honey & apple sauce. (I find that microwaving the honey for 30 seconds makes it easier to mix)
3. Add the coconut flour & cacao powder and stir well
4. Once everything is incorporated and there isn’t any clumps left, add in the vanilla extract
5. Pour the batter into mini muffin containers & bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

This makes 24 brownies. Note- I only had one mini muffin container so I had to cook them in two batches.
