Vanilla Super Seed Pudding

2 cups Oatsome Oat Milk

½ cup BBF super seed blend

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 – 2 tablespoons agave syrup

1 cup non-dairy vanilla yogurt

Fresh strawberries and blackberries

4 Tablespoons blackberry jam


Combine: Place Oatsome Oat Milk, super seed blend, vanilla extract, and agave syrup into a bowl and mix well.
Mix twice: Mix the seed mixture after 5 minutes, then again after 5 minutes, mixing well each time. Mixing the seeds is important so they don’t fall to the bottom of the container. If not shaken or stirred every now and then, the pudding will not set properly and the seeds will sink to the bottom.
Chill: Keep covered in the refrigerator until set. Will be ready in 2- 3 hours.
When pudding is ready, divide into four cups and top each cup with a ½ cup vanilla yogurt, fresh berries and drizzle with a little blackberry jam.
