1/3 cup Chia Seeds

2 Tbsp Super Seeds

1 cup Oatsome

1/3 cup frozen blueberries

1/3 cup fresh raspberries

a pinch of cinnamon

a pinch of salt

A pinch of monk fruit if desired


1. Combine the seeds and the spices with the plant-based milk. Allow to sit for approx. 10 minutes.

2. Add the mix into a blender or a food processor. Add a pinch of salt and blend until you get a smooth finish.

* For a cold porridge: place the mix in a bowl and add the toppings.

* For a warm porridge: warm up the mix in a small pot and add some extra milk if necessary; place in a bowl and serve with your toppings of choice.
