1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 liter carbonated water
1. Blend watermelon, agave and lemon juice in the blender 2. Pour into ice cube trays or small cups to freeze 3. Freeze overnight 4. Remove from freezer 5. Put frozen watermelon cubes into a pitcher and pour carbonated water over and as cubes begin to soften mash-up to form a slush. 6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, sliced lemons and cucumbers.
