1 egg white (or 2 tbsp aquafaba* (aka chickpea liquid))
1 Tbsp sugar (granulated white, turbinado, or cane)
1 Tbsp cacao powder (unsweetened)
1 cup Oatsome chocolate oat milk
1. In a mixing bowl with a whisk attachment, combine egg white (or aquafaba), sugar and cacao powder.
2. Whip till light and fluffy.
3. Pour Chocolate oat milk into a glass and top with whipped chocolate foam.
4. Sprinkle with your favorite chocolate.
