Banana Peanut Butter & Jelly No Bake Bars

1 ripe banana, mashed

1/4 Cup BBF Organic Naturally Refined Coconut Oil

1 1/2 Cups oats

1/2 Cup shredded coconut

1/2 Cup craisins or other dried fruit

1/2 Cup chocolate chips

1/2 Cup BBF Organic Agave

1/2 Cup PBfit®

2 Tbsp almond milk

2 Tbsp BBF Organic Chia Seeds

1 tsp Vanilla Extract


1. Mash the banana with a fork. Mix peanut butter powder and almond milk together and stir into banana. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir till combined.

2. Press the mixture into a plastic container with a lid or 8 x 8-inch pan and freeze for a few hours.

3. Remove from freezer and slice into bars. Wrap individually for a quick and portable snack.
