1/2 cup avocado oil mayonnaise

1 stalk celery chopped

1 green onion diced (or chives or red onion)

1 tsp dijon mustard

1/2 tsp seasoned salt

pepper to taste

1 tsp fresh dill optional


1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Serve as a sandwich or over salad.
