Holiday Cacao Espresso Mocktail

Ingredients

4 oz espresso - cooled

2 oz heavy whipping cream

2 oz vanilla simple syrup

1 Tbsp BBF Organic Cacao Powder

BBF Organic Cacao Powder - to dust on drink at the end

crushed candy canes - to rim the glass

pink or white coating chocolate melted - to rim the glass

Directions

1. Dip the rim of your martini glass into melted coating chocolate and then crushed candy canes. Set aside.
2. Into a cocktail shaker add, espresso, heavy cream, vanilla simple syrup, and sifted cacao.
3. Shake vigorously for about a minute or so. Pour into two martini glasses and top with a few sprinkles of cacao.
