Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp Organic Energy Blend

1 1/2 Tbsp Organic Plant Protien

12 oz orange juice

1/2 cup greek yogurt plain

a few drops vanilla extract

1-2 cups of ice

Directions

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.

2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

3. Arrange half of the graham crackers in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4. Using a spoon or spatula, spread a thin, even layer of melted chocolate over each graham cracker.

5.Place the tray in the freezer for 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.

6. In a medium bowl, mix the Cool Whip and protein powder until smooth and well combined. (You can also mix the protein powder directly in the Cool Whip container, though it may get messy.)

7. Remove the chocolate-covered graham crackers from the freezer. Spoon the protein filling onto each one, then gently top with a plain graham cracker to form a sandwich.

8. Optional: Dip one edge or corner of each sandwich in the remaining melted chocolate for a decorative touch.

9. Return the assembled s’mores to the parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
