Ingredients

1 1/4 cup PBfit Peanut Flour Baking Blend

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp sugar

2 eggs

1/4 cup Avocado Oil

1 1/4 cup milk of choice

Directions

1. In a large bowl whisk all the ingredients together until smooth.
2. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a heated and greased waffle iron. Cook 3-4 minutes or until your waffle iron beeps when they are done.
3. Remove and top with butter, candied pecans, and maple syrup.
