Ingredients

2 cups Sugar

1 cup Avocado Oil

5 eggs

24 oz Ripe Bananas

1 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

2 tsp Baking Soda

1 1/2 tsp Salt

4 3/4 cups Oatsome Oat Flour Blend

1/4 cup BBF Organic Chia Seeds

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spray 2 large loaf pans.

3. In a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment combine bananas and sugar and beat till smooth.

4. Add eggs and vanilla to banana mixture and mix until combined.

5. Add avocado oil and mix until combined.

6. Add oat flour blend, salt and soda and mix until flour is moistened, then scrape sides of bowl and mix on speed 2 for 4-5 minutes.

7. Divide batter into pans.

8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out completely dry.
