Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries & blackberries)

1/4 cup ice cubes

1/2 sccop vanilla protein powder

1 Tbsp BetterBody Foods MCT Oil

1 Tbsp sweetener of choice

Directions

1. Add all ingredients into a blender: milk, cream, ice cubes, protein powder, BetterBody Foods
MCT Oil, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
